사단법인 한국부동산박사협회는2026년9월22일 서울특별시의 설립허가를 바탕으로, 2026년11월6일 창립의 뜻을 모아 새로운 출발을 하게 되었습니다
우리 협회는 부동산에 대한 전문적인 연구와 지식의 공유, 체계적인 교육과 정책 제안, 회원 상호 간의 교류와 협력을 통해 대한민국 부동산 분야의 발전에 기여하고자 합니다.
오늘날 부동산은 개인의 삶과 재산은 물론 지역경제와 국가경제에도 매우 중요한 분야입니다. 급변하는 부동산 환경에 능동적으로 대응하기 위해서는 현장의 경험과 전문적인 학술연구가 함께 어우러져야 하며, 객관적이고 합리적인 부동산 정보와 전문지식의 확산 또한 무엇보다 중요합니다.
한국부동산박사협회는 이러한 시대적 요구에 부응하여 부동산 전문가들이 서로의 지식과 경험을 나누고, 새로운 정책과 제도를 연구하며, 국민과 사회로부터 신뢰받는 전문단체로 성장해 나가겠습니다.
또한 회원 여러분의 전문성과 역량을 높이는 다양한 교육 및 연구 활동을 추진하고, 부동산산업의 건전한 발전과 올바른 부동산 문화 정착을 위해 최선을 다하겠습니다.

A New Beginning for Real Estate Professionalism — The Korea Real Estate Doctors Association Is Here to Make a Difference
Dear Members, and all those who support and contribute to the advancement of the real estate sector,
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all of you for your continued interest, support, and dedication to the development of the real estate industry.
The Korea Real Estate Doctors Association, an incorporated association, was officially authorized by the Seoul Metropolitan Government on September 22, 2026, and, with the shared commitment and dedication of its founding members, officially launched on November 6, 2026, marking the beginning of a new journey.
Our Association aims to contribute to the advancement of Korea’s real estate sector through professional research, the sharing of knowledge and expertise, systematic education, policy development and proposals, as well as active communication and cooperation among our members.
Today, real estate is closely connected not only to individuals’ lives and property, but also to regional and national economies. In an ever-changing real estate environment, it is essential to bring together practical experience and professional academic research. Equally important is the dissemination of objective, rational, and reliable real estate information and expertise.
In response to these demands of our time, the Korea Real Estate Doctors Association will provide a platform where real estate professionals can share their knowledge and experience, conduct research on new policies and systems, and work together to build a professional organization that earns the trust and respect of both the public and society.
We will also strive to enhance the professional capabilities and expertise of our members through diverse educational and research programs, while contributing to the sound development of the real estate industry and the establishment of a healthy and responsible real estate culture.
The founding of our Association is not an ending, but a new beginning.
We will value the ideas, wisdom, and dedication of every member and work together to shape the future of Korea’s real estate sector. I sincerely ask for your continued interest, encouragement, and participation so that the Korea Real Estate Doctors Association can establish itself as a trusted professional organization that contributes meaningfully to society through expertise, integrity, and mutual cooperation.
